Unity and Separation

Gather together & hold tight with faith,
Unified time & space will not separate,
Equations of equal, greater, or less than,
Yet human equality is possible; we can,
A mind may struggle in emotion & thought,
Through a balance of what is & what’s not,
Work together to evaporate what separates,
It’s only natural to give & to take,
Although it’s not easy at times for optimism,
A challenge to practice it with discipline,
A cycle forward; movement in growth,
Relocation of what the here & now is worth,
Perception, perspective, & description,
I’ll follow my heart with love & conviction.
