Hiding My Dark Side

Something just doesn’t feel right,
Internal morality is the fight,
I feel like I’m holding on,
Fears of my possession being gone,
Those things I should set free,
When none of this was meant for me,
Feeling the shame of my insecurity,
Creating my own plan egotistically,
Being real with fear itself,
Not knowing the true definition of wealth,
Is it possible to understand love?
For myself this means God above,
Hoping for an optimistic visual,
Knowing of my dark side’s residual.
