Same River Twice

A philosophical question, that is oh so nice,
Can a person step in the same river twice?
If the river is named it can be done,
Yet original water molecules make it fun,
Different water from around the world,
Consistently spinning with twirls,
A changing view; who I am & the life I live,
The eternal changing life God gives,
A whole new view of what things are,
Naming it for stability, if this goes too far,
If I really want change; a particular flow,
A truth in perception, & a way I’ll know,
A stream, with water, or shifting formation,
All is within the perspective of a definition.
