Arriving by Daylight

A clever play on a vocabulary of words,
Describe a noun, & then add a verb,
Yet, honestly, is there any substance?
The value of recognizing what this is,
Authentic ways can be living a truth,
As a tightened grip, works its way loose,
Leaning into one way or the other,
Questioning my intention, so why bother?
Doubt & disbelief witness receptiveness,
More unknowns of consciousness,
It would be nice to create through thought,
Contemplative selection revises if it is not,
Can my soul search throughout the night?
Peace, then, arrives by daylight.
