Unfortunately I focused on the problems,
This in no way helped to solve them,
Instead of focusing on the solution,
I continued to allow the pollution,
Spreading the filth of worry,
I couldn’t find patience when I hurried,
When I was looking for a better way,
A small voice inside me started to say,
How could I make a change?
What could I shift to finally arrange?
I knew what I had to do & took the action,
It felt right & gave a certain satisfaction,
For once I let go; a new start to begin,
I had found enjoyment of life again.
